| 摘 要： | 结合利用历史洪水灾害文献建立全国七大江河历史洪水灾害案例数据库的实践，阐述了灾害案例数据库的基本特征。针对历史水灾文献资源的特点及灾害案例数据库的要求，讨论了影响灾害案例数据库质量的各种因素，对建库过程中的误差进行分类并给出相应的处理方法。

| Abstract: | By using the pri-proceeded records of historical floods in china from the year 1736 to 1991, flood case databases covering seven main valleys in the major area prone to flood are established. In order to increase data accuracy,the classification of uncertainty in the records is presented, and several solutions to avoid uncertainty in the course of conversion descridptive records to quantitative data and spatial data reallocation are discussed. Based on the established databases, further discussion about the characters of case database and case study are presented. |
