布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的86例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组40例和治疗组46例,对照组给予止咳、平喘、抗感染及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特,观察两组治疗后疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.48%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P〈0.05);治疗组哮鸣音、咳嗽、肺部湿哕音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P〈0.05),其肺功能改善也显著优于对照组。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘可迅速缓解症状,改善肺功能,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalant combined with montelukast in treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods Eighty-six cases patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (46 cases), the control group received conventional and atomization in- halation treatment of budesonide, and the treatment group received montelukast based on the control group, after treat- ment the clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.48%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of control group, the extinction time of clinical symptoms such as difficulty breathing, wheezing, cough of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and could effectively improve lung function than control group. Conclusion Budesonide inhalant combined with mon- telukast can improve lung function with bronchial asthma in children and it is worthy of clinical application.
