纳洛酮联合川芎嗪治疗肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨纳洛酮联合川芎嗪治疗肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法本次实验以本院2011年1月~2012年6月所收治的70例肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者行常用药物治疗,实验组患者行纳洛酮联合川芎嗪治疗,回顾两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者临床治疗后总有效率和各项临床指标均显著优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合川芎嗪治疗肺源性心脏病合并呼吸衰竭,具有较为满意的临床疗效,且治疗的安全性更高,因而具有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect observation of naloxone combined with ligustrazine in treating pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of naloxone combined with ligustrazine in treating pulmonary heart dis- ease complicated with respiratory failure. Methods Seventy cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure, who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012, were selected as research object in this experiment. And they were divided into experimental group and control group, the control group patients treated with common drug, the experimental group patients treated with naloxone combined with ligustrazine. The clin- ical efficacy of two group patients were reviewed. Results The total efficiency and each clinical index of experimental group patients after treatment were significantly superior to that of control group patients, comparison with the experi- ment data of two groups had significant statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a satisfactory clinical ef- ficacy to use naloxone combined with ligustrazine in treating pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory fail- ure, and its security is higher. So it has high value in clinical application.
