| 摘 要： | 介绍了气门顶杆冷挤压成形工艺,计算了毛坯尺寸、挤压件的变形程度,论述了冷挤压模结构及模具设计要点。采用冷挤压加工工艺后,提高了零件精度和表面质量,改善了零件的力学性能,显著降低了材料消耗。

| Abstract: | The cold extrusion technique of a valve stem was presented,including the key points in designing the die structure,the calculation of blank size and the deformation degree of the extrusion component.The product accuracy and surface quality were increased;the mechanical properties were improved and the die costs reduced. |
