摘    要:以金刚石锯片的铜-铁基胎体合金为对象,运用电子扫描显微镜、硬度仪和磨削质量损失法研究了稀土合金化对胎体合金的组织形貌和耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,在金刚石锯片胎体合金中加入稀土元素后,可提高合金烧结后的致密度和细化组织,增强了金刚石粒子与胎体合金之间的黏结强度,经稀土合金化的刀头具有较高的硬度和耐磨性.

Abstract:Taking the Cu/Fe substrate material of diamond saw blades as test samples, the influence of rare earth alloying on the microstructure and wear property of the substrate material were studied by SEM, hardometer and weight loss method. The results show that addition of rare earth elements into the substrate material can refine grains, enhance tightness, and strengthen the bonding force between diamond powders and the substrate. Through rare earth alloying, the tool possesses higher hardness and wear resistance.
