摘    要:本文在南方增材科技有限公司的背景支持下,以西门子S7-200系列PLC和MCGS为软件控制核心,设计了一种一体式大型金属构件3D打印设备自动控制系统,该系统下位机PLC与MCGS触摸屏通过MODBUS协议通信,并结合工业以太网搭建了硬件通信网络,同时设计送丝系统硬件并完成选型。送丝系统通过电弧电压反馈来实现PID的闭环控制,保证3D打印设备在工作过程中电弧电压的稳定性,通过精确调节打印电压控制送丝速度,从而优化打印工件的质量。

Abstract:Based on the background of South Additive Manufacturing Technology Limited Company. with SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC and MCGS as the core of software control, an automatic control system for 3D printing equipment of one type large metal component is provided. The PLC and MCGS touch screen of the system are communicated through MODBUS protocol, and the hardware communication network is built with industrial Ethernet, and the hardware of the wire feeding system is designed and the selection is completed. The wire feeding system realizes the closed loop control of the PID through the arc voltage feedback, which ensures the stability of the arc voltage in the 3D printing device, and controls the wire feeding speed by adjusting the print voltage accurately, thus optimizing the quality of the print work.
