下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病的中医研究进展

下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病是动脉粥样化的重要肢体表现,中医药治疗有其独特的优势.本文通过大量古籍及临床研究,系统回顾中医药对下肢动脉粥样硬化的论述,从病因病机、辨证论治等方面论述下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病的研究进展。本虚标实、虚实夹杂的是其发病的主要病理特点,肝脾肾正气不足是＂本＂,而＂虚＂、＂痰＂、＂瘀＂既是＂标＂,也是本病发病的主要病理产物,结合中医药现代临床研究,从虚实角度出发,治疗中以扶正补虚、祛痰化浊、祛瘀通络等方法,探求中医治疗的特色及优势。冀以为下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病治疗提供一定的借鉴。

Hope to provide some reference for the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic disease.
