摘    要:目的探讨一种可以替代脑脊液细胞手工计数法实现标准化操作的可行性方法。方法应用iQ200工作站对100例脑脊液患者进行白细胞和红细胞的检测,并与显微镜计数板法相比较。结果细胞检测范围在0~3200个/微升时,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),在3300~12000个/微升细胞时比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两种方法均有较高的精密度,iQ200工作站法略高于计数板法;计数结果呈高度相关,红细胞相关系数r=0.9985,白细胞相关系数r=0.9993;iQ200工作站还可以通过影像分析技术对细胞进行回顾性甄别。结论iQ200工作站在一定范围内用于脑脊液细胞计数有良好的精密度和准确性,适用于脑脊液细胞计数,可达到检测的标准化和规范化。

Abstract:Objective To establish a standardized detecting method for cerebrospinal fluid cells which replaces the manual method. Methods The iQ200 workstation was applied to measuring WBC and RBC in 100 cases of cerebrospinal fluid,and the test results were compared with those measured with microscopic counting plate assay. Results There were no statistical differences in the test results in the detecting range 0-3 200/μL between the two detecting methods (P>0.05),but there were in the range 3 300 - 12 000/μL (P< 0.05). Both methods showed high precision, and precision of the iQ200 workstation was higher than that of manual method. The results were closely correlated with each other (r=0. 998 5 for RBC counting,0. 999 3 for WBC counting). The iQ200 workstation can ret-rospectively discriminate hematocytes by applying image analysis technology. Conclusion It is accurate and reliable to detect and categorize the cerebrospinal fluid cells with the iQ200 workstation. The standardization can be achieved by using the iQ200 workstation.
