| 摘 要： | 高职教育就是就业教育,高职教育对就业具有双重效应,高职教育要以就业为导向,与生产劳动和社会实践相结合,培养社会需要的复合型职业技术人才。就业教育要服从社会和受教育者发展的需求,体系的设置要适应人力资源需求的多样性。对贯彻职业教育就是就业教育思想提出方案。

| Abstract: | Higher education is employment education,and vocational education has a dual effect on employment.Vocational education should be employment-oriented,and combined with productive work and social practice in order to cultivate complex professional and technical personnel.Employment education should be in accordance with the needs of society and students＇ personal development.The education system should adapt to the diverse needs of human resource. |
