| 摘 要： | 一个企业实现“走出去”战略的前提，就是要积极参与国际竞争，作者结合自己的实际经历，介绍了参与国际工程投标的一般程序和操作过程中应该注意的事项，作者认为，为了在激烈的投标竞争中取胜，应该转变观念，提高素质，注重信息，尽快与国际接轨。
