摘    要:介绍了磁场热处理的原理。论述了磁场对铁基合金相变热力学、相变过程和相变产物的影响。评述了经磁场退火、磁场淬火和磁场回火处理的结构钢、工具钢、低铬耐磨铸铁等材料的组织和性能以及产生磁场的方法及磁场热处理的工程应用和存在的问题。

Abstract:The principles of magnetic-heat treatment,including influence of magnetic field on thermodynamics, process and products of phase transformation of iron-base alloys,were reviewed.Microstructure and mechanical properties of structural steel,tool steel and low-chromium wear-resistant cast iron subjected to annealing, quenching and tempering in magnetic field were discussed.The means of producing magnetic field as well as the engineering applications and problems of magnetic-heat treatment were briefly given.
