| 摘 要： | 建立了考虑摩擦、误差的齿轮副扭转振动模型，从确定线外啮合起点在啮合线上的等效点位置、线外啮合点到齿轮圆心的半径、计算线外啮合点处两齿轮的载荷角等3个方面入手，提出了线外啮合冲击速度的计算方法.

| Abstract: | Considering friction and error ,the model of gear pairs vibration is set up in this article.Ascertaining the equivalent point position of the starting point of corner contact on the meshing line,the radius from corner contact to gear center and computation of both of the gears’ load angle of the corner contact point ,it also proposes the calculating method of corner contact impact rate. |
