摘    要:根据集总反应动力学模型以及烧焦动力学模型,建立并求解了催化裂化机理模型.通过对整个流程模块化及建立子模块模型使得该方法能够适用于不同的催化裂化装置.通过参数优化,调整反应动力学常数以及再生催化剂的焦炭量和温度,使得建立的机理模型和工业生产实际相吻合.以所建立的机理模型为研究对象,考察了提升管反应温度、反应压力、剂油比和...

Abstract:A method of building up the mechanism model of fluid catalytic cracking unit based on lump model and combustion kinetic model is proposed.By separating the whole process into several parts according to their functions and constructing each of their models,the proposed method is applicable to different FCC units.
