| 摘 要： | 自然杀伤细胞(NK/NKT细胞)参与机体的固有免疫应答.NK细胞在HBV感染的早期免疫应答中起到重要作用,而慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者NK细胞功能降低.另外,实验显示NKT细胞能抑制HBV复制并可致肝组织损伤.因此,通过调节NK/NKT细胞的功能治疗HBV感染将有可能成为一种新的策略.

| Abstract: | Natural killer(NK) cells and natural killer T(NKT) cells participate in human innate immune response.NK cells are important in the early immune response to the HBV infection. Patients with chronic hepatitis B show decreased NK activity. In addition, experiments showed that NKT cells could inhibit HBV DNA replication and induce hepatocyte injury. Therfore, therapy for HBV DNA by regulating NK and NKT activity maybe a new strategy. |
