钢铁企业能源仿真场景编制系统的研究与实现

摘    要:针对目前钢铁企业能源仿真系统研究现状,结合钢铁企业生产特点,分析了影响能源产消的因素,建立了系统模型,并通过逆向物料计算、正向排程的方法对模型进行求解,最终开发了能源仿真场景编制系统。通过系统模型参数化,解决了不同钢铁企业的设备和工艺差异问题;通过生产场景编制,可以模拟故障和检修场景,同时为能源仿真系统提供作业计划输入。以两个不同钢铁企业为实例进行验证,仿真结果表明系统可以模拟不同企业,仿真不同场景,有很好的通用性和可扩展性。
