肾结核声像图分型诊断价值探讨

摘    要:为进一步探讨肾结核声像图分型诊断的临床意义,选择超声显像检查后,经尿抗酸杆菌检验、静脉肾盂造影、手术与病理证实的56例肾结核声像资料。结果表明,超声显像诊断符合率为857%,分结节型、囊肿型、积水型、积脓型、混合型、钙化型6种声像表现,并与手术病理结果进行了对照。认为,超声显像不仅可检测肾的大小与形态,观察肾内有无结核病变,同时可与肾的其它疾病鉴别,且简便易行、无创,并可根据结核病变累及的范围与程度进行声像图分型,有助于预后估测,并为临床制定治疗方案提供较为可靠的依据

Abstract:To further evaluate the clinical significance of ultrasonographic typing of renal tuberculosis, ultrasonographic patterns of 56 patients with renal tuberculosis proved by examination of acid-fast bacillus in urine,intravenous pyelography, surgery and pathology were analysed. The results showed that the rate of accuracy of ultrasonographic diagnosis was 85 7%. Ultrasonographic pictures were divided into 6 types: nodule, cyst, hydronephrosis, pyonephrosis, calcification, and the mixed, whose corresponding pathological changes were studied respectively. We believe that convenient and noninvasive ultrasonography can demonstrate the shape and size of kidney and the presence of renal tuberculosis, and can differentiate it from other conditions. Based on the extent and degree of severity of renal tuberculosis, ultrasonographic typing gives reliable information for clinical treafment.
