| 摘 要： | 阐述了集体土地流转中＂集体＂的渊源,分析了集体土地流转中集体角色的错位现象,表现为身份冲突下角色的背离;民主建设局限下角色的越位;利益分割下角色的缺位。为维护农民的合法权益,从乡（镇）政府、农民、集体自身3方面入手归正集体角色,使集体在政府管理下角色复位;农民监督下角色归位;自身民主强化下角色回位。
