天线防腐蚀结构设计研究

摘    要:舱外设备天线一旦被腐蚀,腐蚀就会持续恶化,严重时还会使设备的性能下降以致失效.而且在大多数情况下天线都安装在桅杆高处,可达性差,维修困难,一旦出现问题,将影响到任务的执行,损失较大.因而天线防腐蚀结构设计、安装维护责任重大.文中结合天线腐蚀的调研结果和相关理论进行了原因分析,找出了天线零部件腐蚀的原因,并提出了具体解决方案和安装工艺要求.

Abstract:Once corrosion occurs on outboard antenna, it will continue to deteriorate, which leads to declination even failure of the performance of the equipment. Meanwhile, in most cases the antenna is installed at the top of the mast, which makes it difficult to maintain and repair the antenna. Once problems occur, it will affect the performance of the equipment and cause huge loss. Thus it is worthwhile to put efforts on the anti-corrosion design of the antenna and improvement on installation and maintenance facility. In this paper corrosion causes of antenna components are analyzed based on the research result of antenna corrosion and the related theories and the specific solutions and installation process requirements are proposed.
