| 摘 要： | 在贵州电网公司大规模建设数字变电站的背景下，对IEC61850的理解显得非常重要。特别是在电能计量方面，更是可以减小计量信号传输引起的计量误差。对数字接口电子式电能表的检定更是新的技术，根据实际工作情况对这些技术作了详细的介绍和描述。

| Abstract: | In the context of large - scale construction of digital substation by Guizhou Power Grid Company, the understanding the IEC61850 is very important, especially in the electric power measuring for the reasons that it can reduce the measurement error caused by the measurement signal transmission . The verification of the digital interface electrical meter is a new technology. According to the practical working conditions, this paper describes these techniques in detail. |
