| 摘 要： | 按照国家电监会《关于加强重要电力客户供电电源及自备应急电源配置监督管理的意见》（电监安全[2008]43号）和南方电网公司提出的“坚守切实保证人身安全、坚决防止大面积停电事故、保证重要用户供电”的“三条安全生产底线”要求，结合贵州电网实际，探索重要电力用户管理，提升重要电力用户保供电能力和水平。

| Abstract: | According to the ＂Options about strengthening the configuration, monitoring and managing crucial power customer power supply and emergency power supply＂ and the ＂three safety production bottom line ＂ , which is ＂ guaranteeing personal safety, preventing large scale black - out, ensuring power supply of the crucial power customer＂ put forwarded by the China Southern Power Grid Co. , Ltd and combining with the practical situation of the Guizhou power grid, the paper analyzes the power customer management and improves the power supply ability to the crucial power customers. |
