摘    要:根据目前国内管网管道流量及阀门开关控制的实际情况,介绍了一种以单片机为核心的阀门联动开关自动化控制系统,该系统主要由PWM脉宽调制发生器,IPM逆变模块及一些检测电路和转换电路等组成的控制部分和由继电器、电机,阀门等组成的执行部分构成,采用模糊神经网络实现阀门的变频调速,精确定位,分时联动、过载保护等功能,是一种智能化的流量控制系统,在新管网的开发和老管网的改造中,有着广阔的应用空间。

Abstract:In accordance with the real situation,a single chip computer based control system about relay movement of tap is introduced. This system is made up with two sections, one is the control section which includes PWM,IPM,detecting circuit and transforming circuit,the other is executive section which includes electric relay device,electric motor and tap.It uses fuzzy neural network to realize frequency changer speed governing of tap,precise location, time-separable movement,overloading protect,etc.It is an intelligent system ,can be widely used in new pipe network development and old network transformation.
