农村剩余劳动力转移的职业技能培养研究

现代经济发展离不开科学技术发展的有力支持，科学技术发展的关键因素在于人力资本，而人力资本的知识存量及劳动技能最重要的来源便是教育。对于农村剩余劳动力来说，开展职业技能培养，以提高他们的劳动技能及实践能力，可推进农村剩余劳动力的有序转移。本文通过阐述农村剩余劳动力的内涵，分析职业技能培养对农村剩余劳动力的影响及农村剩余劳动力转移职业技能培养中存在的主要问题，对探讨农村剩余劳动力转移的职业技能培养措施。

As a large agricultural country, China has a large number of rural surplus labor, and rural sur?plus labor has not achieved full employment, which has adversely affected the development of rural econ?omy. Modern economic development is inseparable from the strong support of scientific and technologi?cal development. This paper analyzes the connotation of rural surplus labor, analyzes the impact of voca?tional skills training on rural surplus labor and the main problems in the training of rural surplus labortransfer vocational skills, and discusses the vocational skills training measures for rural surplus labortransfer.
