| 摘 要： | 利用在硫酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应,建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法,该方法的检出限为0.14μg/mL,线性范围为0.2~0.5μg/mL,本方法可用于水及蔬菜中痕量亚硝酸根测定。

| Abstract: | The catalytic effect of NO_2~-on oxidation of rhodamine B by potassium bromate was studied and a new method for determination of NO_2~-based on this was reported.The linear range for determination of NO_2~-is 0.2~0.5 μg/mL with detection limit of 0.14 μg/mL.The method was applied to determine nitrite in water and fresh vegetables with satisfactory results. |
