摘    要:设计了一种方便分析电容层析成像(Electrical capacitance tomography简称ECT)传感器性能的方法,针对电容层析成像系统在检测多相流流动时的具体应用,介绍了ECT系统的结构与模型,首次通过Ansoft-maxwell 3D对ECT系统进行了有限元建模与仿真,再次验证了ECT在检测流体应用时相对于其他检测设备的明显优势.通过Ansoft-maxwell 3D的瞬态仿真,考查了各个因素对传感器的影响,并提出了对ECT系统进行改进的方法.

Abstract:A finite element model was designed for analysis of structure parameters of the sensors array in ECT system.This paper presents the measurement of multiphase flow with the ECT method,introduces the configuration and the modeling of the ECT.By the simulation with the Maxwell 3D of ansoft corporation,ECT validates its advantage compared with other method.The improvement to the ECT is proved by the simulation based on the transient calculation of Ansoft Maxwell 3D.
