| 摘 要： | 对重整脱水塔操作失效的原因进行了分析,结果表明,造成脱水失效的主要原因是塔顶油水分离罐中液滴聚并能力不足,造成塔内水的累积,由塔板泄漏引起的,并非是塔板效率低所造成的,但塔板效率对于脱水塔操作是十分重要的.本文中就脱水塔设计和施工的若干问题进行了讨论.
