Abstract: | The author used practice to dissert at length the importance of enhancing the process control to beer quality. He deemed the production of high-quality beer is a systematic project, which request each session should do in accordance with the technologic standard and harmonize up and down, forward and afterward, and then it will brew high-quality beer. |
