摘    要:为了研究新型大跨径装配式重载轻便桥的固有特性和动力性能,利用ANSYS软件中的beam188单元和2种材料模型模拟铝合金和复合材料,建立了该轻便桥的有限元分析模型,并采用Lanczos法对其进行模态分析,得到了轻便桥的前6阶振型和扭弯基频比;开展了55t重载车辆以7 m/s速度通过桥梁时的时程分析,计算得到桥梁跨中最大挠度约为0.36m,并生成该过程中各主要构件的应力时程曲线。分析结果表明,该轻便桥具有较好的抗风性能,重载车辆以设计通行速度过桥时不会引起桥梁共振,且桥梁跨中最大挠度在设计控制指标的范围内,桥梁各杆件都能满足受力要求。

Abstract:To study the new type of long-span assembled and heavy-load portable bridge inherent characteristics and dynamic performance, beam188 unit and two kinds of material models of the software ANSYS were used to establish the portable bridge finite element analysis model, and LANCZOS method was used for the modal analysis. Portable bridge before six order modal torsion and bending fundamental frequency ratio was obtained. Research was done on the time history analysis with 55 tons of heavy haul vehicles traveling at the speed of 7 m/s through the bridge, getting the biggest deflection of about 0.36 m and the time history curve of the main components in this process. The analysis results show that the portable bridge has good wind resistance performance, and can not cause the bridge resonance when the load is designed, and that the maximum deflection of the bridge can meet the strength requirement.
