金刚石合成机制的研究

摘    要:孤立原子不存在轨道混合问题。碳原子在形成金刚石时,原子间互相影响,使电子运动状态发生变化,形成sp3的杂化轨道,C- C形成共价键。文章分析了金刚石合成的机理,论述和比较了片状触媒和粉状触媒合成金刚石的过程和差异,提出了“单间生长机制”的观点,认为在粉状触媒工艺中金刚石生长的环境条件优越,合成出的金刚石晶体均匀对称,品质良好。

Abstract:There exist no orbit blending phenomena for the isolated atom. Carbon atoms would mutually interfered with each other when diamond is formed from them causing change of electron movement and forming SP3 hybridized orbit and C-C covalent bond. The paper analyzed the mechanism of diamond synthesis, stated and compared the processes and differences of diamond synthesis by slice and powder catalyst, and proposed the view of single room production mechanism. It is believed that the diamond growth environment of powder catalyst technology is superior and the synthesized diamond crystal is good in quality with uniformity and symmetry.
