摘    要:重点研究了线性时滞系统的传感器故障诊断问题.针对一类含有未知输入干扰的时滞系统,通过设计自适应诊断观测器,得到了一种新型的传感器鲁棒故障诊断方法.首先针对不含干扰的时滞系统,设计了自适应诊断观测器,然后考虑系统的外部扰动,设计了鲁棒自适应诊断观测器,分别证明了故障诊断系统的稳定性.设计的自适应观测器具有双重功能:作为故障检测器能够检测出故障的发生,以及作为故障诊断观测器能够理想的估计出故障随时间变化的形状.仿真结果说明了算法的有效性。

Abstract:Research was done to study the sensor fault diagnosis of a time-delay system,leading to a novel approach for the sensor fault diagnosis of time-delay systems by using an adaptive observer technique. Systems without model uncertainty were initially considered, followed by a discussion of a general situation where the system is subjected to external disturbance. An adaptive diagnostic algorithm was developed to diagnose the fault, and a modified version was proposed for a general system to improve robustness. The stability of the fault diagnosis systems was proved. The proposed adaptive observer can serve a dual purpose: first as a detection observer and then as a diagnostic observer. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
