新生代农民工职业倾向调查——以重庆市北碚区龙凤桥镇为例

采用问卷法及访谈法,对重庆市北碚区龙凤桥镇新生代农民工职业倾向进行实地调查.研究表明,新生代农民工择业目的从“生存理性”转向了“发展理性”,对工资预期与实际市场工资较相适应,倾向于选择离家近的城市打工,希望从事技能水平较高且工资待遇较好的工作,并且更加重视社会保障及福利.针对农民工表现出的职业倾向,从教育、培训及政府职能等方面提出了相关对策和建议.

Investigation on Employment Orientation of New Generation Migrant Workers

The employment orientation of new generation migrant workers in Longfengqiao Town,Beibei District,Chongqing City was investigated by questionnaire survey and interview.According to the research,the new generation migrant workers are no longer limited to earn some money,but transfer from survival rationality to developmental rationality.The new generation of migrant workers eager to find a job in the developed areas near their hometown,to serve in the business industry,to work in those companies where the skills and qualifications is demanded and the welfare is good,and they also dare to venture.More importance to their own skills training are attached.To solve the problem,corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward from aspects of education,training and government function.
