In discussing the concept of democracy,we are likely to neglect an important aspect,for which we naturally accept a new legend of developed countries:democratic countries never wage war among them.This hence gives such extended conclusions:democratic countries are peace lovers in nature,and any country who goes to war with a democratic country is dictatorial and should be condemned.Such a view should be further consulted and needs our constant vigilance.
