| 摘 要： | 目前,燃油价格不断上涨、市场不确定性突显、竞争日益激烈、气候变化以及社会上对环境保护的压力越来越大,迫使全球航运业在2020年之前要做出变化,采用新技术新概念以适应航运市场需求。本文介绍了一种通过向船舶底部注入气泡从而减小船舶与海水之间摩擦力的新型船舶节能减排技术：船舶气泡润滑技术。

| Abstract: | Presently,rising fuel prices,market uncertainties,intense competition,climate change,and societal pressures for greening are driving the introduction of new technologies and concepts into the shipping industry 2020.This paper presents a new energy saving and emission reduction technology：Air Bubble Lubrication Systems,which can reduce the frictional drag on ships by inserting air between the ship＇s hull and the water. |
