TiAlN/TiN减摩耐磨涂层试验研究

摘    要:用多弧离子镀法在旋转密封环表面沉积TiAIN/TiN复合涂层。并用扫描电镜,X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计研究膜层性能。测试结果表明:TiAIN/TiN复合涂层的主要相TiN,以(111)晶面生长;表面粗糙度为0.48 μm;膜基结合力为40 N;显微硬度为HV=2 035;TiAIN/TiN复合涂层密封环实际工况的摩擦因数为0.37,平均磨损率为7.96×10-10 m3/h.

Abstract:The TiAlN/TiN composite coatings were deposited on rotating seal ring by a multi-arc ion plating method. The composition, structure and mechanical properties of the coatings were investigat?ed using several analytical techniques, such as XRD, SEM and Micro hardness test. The mesured and tested results show that the main phase of TiAlN/TiN composite coatings is TiN, which growth is from crystal surface (111) ; the surface roughness of the coatings is 0.48 jum; the film base bonding force is 40 JN; the micro hardness of coatings is HV = 2 035; the inction coefficient of the coatings is 0.37; the average wear rate of the coatings is 7.96 X 1O-10 m3/h.
