高功率密度柴油机行程和缸径的设计

摘    要:基于活塞行程与气缸直径的比值对内燃机的热负荷与散热面积有直接的影响,针对高功率密度柴油机的设计要求,以行程和缸径为设计变量、以最小散热面积为目标函数建立优化数学模型,应用1stOpt软件的改进差分进化算法进行计算。结果表明,该设计方法速度快、效率高,结果与MTU890一致。

Abstract:The stroke-bore ratio has a direct effect on heat load and heat dissipation area of internal combustion engine.In order to meet the requirements for the design of high power density diesel engine,taking the piston stroke and cylinder bore as design variables and taking the minimal heat dissipation area as objective function,an optimal mathematical model was established.The calculation was carried out with software 1stOpt’s improved differential evolution algorithm.The result shows that the design method is fast,efficient and accurate.
