摘    要:蝉花是寄生在蝉上的真菌,也是我国传统名贵中药材。现代研究表明蝉花及其有效成分具有免疫调节、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、降血糖及改善肾功能等广泛的药理作用,尤其以增强免疫力作用的研究报道为多。近年来蝉花的抗肿瘤活性也逐渐受到关注,因此主要对蝉花的增强免疫力和抗肿瘤活性研究进行综述,并对其后续研究及应用前景进行展望。

Abstract:Cicada flower as a traditional Chinese medicine, is a cordycipitoid fungus parasitizing cicada nymphs. Studies have shown that cicada flower and its components have a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as immune regulation, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and renal function improvement, especially in the study of enhancing immunity. In recent years, the antitumor activity of cicada flower has also been paid more and more attention. Therefore, this paper reviews the research on the enhancement of immunity and anti-tumor activity, and prospects the research and application prospect of cicada flower.
