基于PI数据库的燃驱压缩机组性能测试系统

摘    要:燃驱压缩机组是天然气长距离管道输送过程中不可或缺的核心设备,长期以来依赖进口,目前国产化机组已经研制成功。为了实时对比分析国产机组和进口机组的性能,以西气东输管道工程某压气站中的国产燃驱压缩机组为性能测试对象,通过Excel VBA开发出了PI数据库的接口模块,实现了对PI数据库的数据实时读取和实时输送的功能,并基于MATLAB平台建立了机组性能参数计算、可视化和性能历史趋势对比分析等模块,开发了一套可应用于远端监测、实时显示且可对机组历史运行情况进行分析的性能测试系统。实际运用结果表明:①该系统程序简洁、操作简单,可远程监控燃驱压缩机组的实时运行状态,实现了对不同地点的实时监测;②建立了机组性能历史数据分析趋势模块,为管道运输长距离运输过程中燃驱压缩机组的优化和改进提供了参考;③该系统用于西气东输管道工程,计算出来的燃驱压缩机组的性能指标数值误差范围能够满足实际压气站的要求,达到了预期的效果。结论认为,该系统不仅可应用于不同燃驱压缩机组的性能测试,对其他动力机械性能测试系统也具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Gas turbine driven compressor set is an indispensable core equipment in the long-distance pipeline transportation process of natural gas. It has long been dependant on imports, localized compressor set has been successfully developed. In this paper, a home-made gas turbine driven compressor set at a gas compressor station of West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project is taken as the performance test object to compare home-made compressor set with the imported one in real time. An interface module of PI database was developed by means of Excel VBA, so as to realize the function of real-time data reading and transmission of PI database. Performance parameter calculation, visualization and historical performance trend comparison & analysis modules of compressor set were built based on the MATLAB platform. In addition, a set of performance test system which can be used to carry out remote monitoring and real-time display and analyze the historical operation situations of compressor set was developed. And the following actual application results were obtained. First, this system is characterized by concise procedure and simple operation, and it can provide remote monitoring on the real-time operation state of gas turbine driven compressor set, so as to realize real-time monitoring on different locations. Second, the historical data trend analysis module for the performance of compressor set is established to provide reference for the optimization and improvement of gas turbine driven compressor set in the process of long-distance pipeline transportation. Third, this system is used in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project. The error range of its calculated performance index can meet the requirement of the actual gas compressor station and reaches the expected effect. In conclusion, this system is not only applicable to the performance testing of different gas turbine driven compressor sets, but also provides reference for other power mechanical performance test systems.
