聚丙烯纤维在高性能混凝土及砂浆中的应用

摘    要:研究聚丙烯纤维在混凝土及砂浆中的工作性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺0.9%聚丙烯纤维,可以降低新拌混凝土的坍落度损失,使混凝土的泌水率降低。与普通配合比相比,聚丙烯纤维对混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度影响不大,但对混凝土的抗渗能力有所提高。在砂浆中掺0.9%聚丙烯纤维其抗压强度影响也不大,但对砂浆的收缩及裂纹的产生有较好的阻止作用。

Application of Polypropylene Fibre in High Performance Concrete and Mortar
Abstract:This paper intends to research into the impact of polypropylene fiber on the working performance and dynamic performance during its application in concrete and mortar. The results of the tests indicate that the bleeding rate of the concrete can be reduced if the concrete includes 0.9% polypropylene fiber, which lessens the loss of slump of the newly-blended concrete. Compared with the common proportion matching rate, the polypropylene fiber has little influence on the compression strength and the bending strength of the concrete, and can improve its anti-permeability. Similarly, 0.9% polypropylene fiber in mortar makes little contribution to its compression strength, and plays a positive role in preventing the mortar fi'om the occunence of constrictions and cracks.
