防空导弹飞行试验控制系统故障模式研究

摘    要:为了分析防空导弹飞行试验故障,基于靶场近50年来大量防空导弹飞行试验数据,利用FMEA方法对防空导弹控制系统的故障模式进行研究,获得了防空导弹控制系统的故障模式.它能确定影响控制系统可靠性的薄弱环节,为制定和实施各种改进与控制措施、提高控制系统的可靠性具有推进作用;也能为防空导弹控制系统故障诊断提供可靠的专家知识.

Abstract:Based on nearly fifty years history flight data of air defense missile(ADM) in range,the control system(CS) failure modes(FM) were studied by the failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) method for ADM flight test failure analysis.CS FM was acquired.The FM helps to find the weakness of affecting CS reliability,to boost establishment and implementation of various amelioration and control measures,to advance the CS reliability.It also can present reliable expert knowledge for ADM CS failure diagnosis.
