浅议高职院校专业课教师与企业培训师的角色转换

目前高职院校学历教育蓬勃发展,但依据政策规定,高职教育还兼具服务社会和地方经济发展的职能,要广泛开展社会职业培训,满足培训市场需求,促进企业发展。可是不少高职院校专业教师下企业承担相关培训任务时,由于思想观念、学历教育和培训课程的差异等一系列原因,在转换为企业培训师角色过程中出现了一些问题,导致转变困难,培训效果欠佳等的情况,因此,高职院校应从心理认识、课程教学、服务意识、考核制度四个层面加速专业课教师与企业培训师角色的转换。
