波纹管的非对称问题分析

摘    要:本文以薄壳基本方程为基础 ,利用圆锥壳单元推导出求解承受非对称荷载的一般轴对称壳静力问题的有限元方程 ;并编制了一个可计算各种不同形状、不同边界条件、不同分布荷载作用下的波纹管之位移、内力的程序。利用该程序分别对力、力偶矩作用下的波纹管进行了计算。还就波纹管端部的不同加载方式对其边界效应的影响及平面假定对承受非对称荷载的波纹管的适用范围进行了讨论

Abstract:Based on the thin shell fundamental equation this paper derives out the finite element equation which solves axisymmetric shell on non-axisymmetric loads statics problem by using conical element. According to the requirement of the subject, the paper has made out a program which can calculate the displacement and stress of bellows in different loads. This paper is also discussing the influence of the boundary effect when the bellows end is applied by different loading types and suited area of the plane-assumption for bellows under the non-axisymmetric loading.
