摘    要:提出了一种基于FPGA和采用空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)控制算法实现的电流型逆变器数字化方案.该电路结构具有Boost升压功能,可广泛用于串级调速系统.采用SVPWM控制能提高直流利用率,使电网侧保持单位功率因数,以减小交流谐波THD.控制器采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),可使控制系统具有更好的实时性和更小的系统延时.动、静态仿真和实验研究均表明,该设计方案具有保持单位功率因数运行、控制灵活和稳定性高等优点.

Abstract:A three-phase current type inverter modulated with Space Vector PWM(SVPWM) based on FPGA is introduced in this paper,which has good performance on voltage lift,so it is widely used in cascade system.SVPWM control scheme can improve the usage of DC-current and keep the power system working in unity power factor.The controller realized by FPGA makes it perfect working in real-time condition with less time-delay.Static and dynamic results of simulations and experiments are also presented,which show and verify that this design has good behaviors of unity power factor working,excellent stability,flexible control characteristics and less THD.
