纳米乳胶漆稳定性能的研究

摘    要:通过优化各种助剂和工艺条件制备了纳米乳胶漆,并从pH、分散剂、分散手段等方面研究了该乳胶漆的稳定性能。结果表明,采用高速分散与分散剂分散相结合的方法、应用聚丙烯酸盐类分散剂、在pH为8-8.5之间等条件为佳。

Abstract:Nano-latex paint was prepared by way of optimizing various aids and technological conditions. Study was also made of stability of the latex paint by way of pH value, dispersing agents and dispersing methods. Testing results indicated that it was better to adopt a combination of high speed dispersion and dispersion by dispersing agents, to use acrylate series of dispersing agents and to fix pH value at 8-8.5.
