| 摘 要： | 《卫生法学》课作为医学人文教育主干课程之一,是对医学生进行卫生法制教育的主渠道,同时该课程还应承担起公民教育的功能,这对实现我国医学人文教育的现代转型颇具意义。在该课程教学中,要健全体制保障,使公民教育有据可依;要转变教学观念,把公民教育作为该课程教学的重要教学目标;要整合优化教学内容,实现公民教育与卫生法制教育的有机融合。

| Abstract: | Health law is one of the most important courses of medical humanities, it is of the value of health legal knoeledges to medical collgegs. In addition, citizenship education is its another function. And this is the demand of transconformation in education of medical humanities. In the teaching, we should change our view on the course, and integrate the contents of the course. |
