高原地区绝经后阴道出血267例分析

目的：分析、明确高原地区引起绝经后阴道出血的病因及诊断方法。方法：对267例绝经后阴道出血患者进行临床及病理分析。结果：引起绝经后阴道出血的原因中，阴道炎最多，占30．34％（81／267），其次宫颈炎，占21．35％（57／267），恶性肿瘤逐年减少，占9．73％（26／267），但随年龄增长，绝经时间延长，恶性肿瘤发生的危险性也随之增大。结论：对绝经后阴道出血的诊断，应重视常规的妇科检查和必要的辅助检查以明确病因，作到早期诊断、早期治疗，可以阻止肿瘤的发生。

ANALYSIS ON 267 CASES OF POSTMENOPAUSAL BLEEDING AT PLATEAU

Objective To investigate the cause and diagnostic method of postmenopausal bleeding at plateau.Methods Clinical and pathological analysis was taken in 267 cases of patients with postmenopausal bleeding.Results Among the causes of postmenopausal bleeding,the vaginitis occupied 30.34% (57/267) of it and the cervicitis was 21.35%(57/267);the malignant tumor was gradually reduced year by year(9.73%,26/267).Following the ages increasing,the postmenopausal time was prolonged and the risk factors of malignant tumor occurring was increased as well.Conclusion In order to make the diagnosis of postmenopausal bleeding earlier,the routine examination and some other accessory examination should be done and treated properly so that the tumor could be prevented.
