离子交换法净化金电解液的研究

摘    要:制备6N高纯金的过程中需要对金电解液进行净化。选择2种阳离子树脂进行实验,并研究金电解液pH值和浓度对净化效果的影响。结果显示,当pH=3,电解液浓度为90 g/L时,001×7型大孔型强酸性阳离子交换树脂对电解液的净化效果最好。净化后的电解液制备出的高纯金纯度达到6N。

Abstract:The electrolyte needs to be purified during the preparation of high purity gold. Two cation exchange resins are selected for experiment, and the effect of pH and concentration of electrolyte on the purification is investigated. Studies showed that 001×7 type strongly acidic cation exchange resin has the best effect on purification of electrolyte when pH=3 and concentration of electrolyte was 90 g/L. The purity of gold prepared from the purified electrolyte reaches 99.9999%.
