盘式制动系统模态实验探究

摘    要:本文研究盘式制动系统模态特性,通过实验测试和有限元分析得到制动盘自由和耦合振动模态,验证对称结构振动的正弦和余弦模态假设,提供环形梁简化模型的分析依据,比较摩擦块与制动盘耦合振动和制动盘自由振动的异同。动态测试得到耦合系统的位移响应。

Abstract:In this paper, the modal characteristic of the disc brake system is studied. Free and coupled vibration modes of the disc are obtained through experiments and finite element analysis. The sine and cosine mode assumptions of the symmetrical structure vibration are verified, and the analysis basis of the simplified model of the ring beam is provided. Compare the similarities and differences between the frictional vibration of the friction block and the brake disc and the free vibration of the brake disc. Dynamic testing yields the displacement response of the coupled system.
