东北电网抽水蓄能电站建设规模研究

摘    要:分析东北电网目前调峰存在的主要问题。根据东北电网电源现状及负荷需求预测,通过电力平衡及调峰平衡分析,从技术可行性角度,提出东北电网2020年抽水蓄能电站的最小建设规模。通过优化分析,从经济性角度,提出抽水蓄能电站的经济建设规模。两方案的对比分析结果为合理规划东北电网抽水蓄能电站提供参考。

Abstract:The main problems of peak regulation in northeast power gird were analyzed. Based on the current power installation and load forecasting, the minimal construction scale of pumped storage power plants (PSPP) in northeast power gird was proposed through power and peak balance analysis. Then the economical construction scale of PSPP was proposed through generation optimal analysis. Finally, the economical comparison of two PSPP construction plans provided valuable references for reasonable planning of PSPP in northeast power grid.
