高温噪声暴露对钢铁冶金工人血脂的影响

摘    要:目的 了解高温噪声接触对作业工作工作血脂的影响。方法 对某钢铁企业暴露于噪声和高温、单纯暴露噪声和对照组共1441名男性工人血脂进行测定。结果 高温噪声接触、单纯噪声接触组血清总胆固醇(TC)水平与对照组相比较有一定程度增高。同一累积噪声剂量水平,单纯噪声接触组血清甘油三酯(TG)高于高温噪声组。非条件logistic回归分析表明:在控制了年龄、体重因素后,累积噪声剂量是高TC血症的独立危险因素,而高温级别则可能是高TC血症的保护因素;多元线性回归模型分析显示:血清TC水平与累积噪声剂量呈正相关,与高温级别呈负相关。结论 长期噪声接触可能会导致血脂增高。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of noise and hot environment exposure on the serum lipid/lipoprotein levels among metallurgical mill workers. Methods A cross-section study on 1 441 metallurgical mill workers was conducted and their serum lipids were measured. Results Workers exposed to noise combining with hot environment and single noise had higher total cholesterol (TC) level (P < 0. 05) in some age groups. Workers exposed to single noise had a higher TC than that exposed to noise combined with hot environment at the same scale of accumulative noise dose .The non-conditional logistic regression model indicated that accumulative noise dose appeared to be an independent risk factors for high serum TC. Scale of hot environment seemed to be a protective factor of high TC after controlling for several potential confounding factors(age, BMI). The multiple liner regression model indicated that serum TC level was significantly associated with accumulative noise dose, but negative associate with scale of hot environment. Conclusion The result indicated that workers exposed to noise in long term might induce high lipidemia.
