高精度稳流电源的网络化检测系统

摘    要:利用24位高精度宽动态范围Δ-Σ模数转换器ADS1210和CAN总线技术,研制了高精度稳流电源网络化检测系统。应用该系统测试了北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)的电源工程样机,并与数字电压表的测试结果进行了比较。试验结果表明,该系统能够满足测试BEPCⅡ高精度稳流电源的需求。

Abstract:Using 24-bit resolution, high precision, wide dynamic range, delta-sigma A/D converter ADS1210 and CAN bus, a network data acquisition system for testing power supplies with high accuracy current is developed. Compared with the traditional digital voltage meter measuring system used in Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade(BEPCⅡ), this method is proved to be able to use in BEPCⅡ power supply system for measurement of current stability. The principle is analyzed and test data are presented.
