LF的精炼埋弧工艺技术研究

摘    要:分析了LF的精炼埋弧等工艺技术特点及其影响因素,并在150t LF进行了精炼埋弧工业试验。结果表明,CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-CaF2系的基渣,配合含碳酸盐及碳化物的发泡剂及相应的工艺,可实现LF全程埋弧操作,能满足LF的精炼要求。钢水混冲的一次脱硫率平均为26.4%,LF工位的平均脱硫率达到6.1%;经VD处理后,成品钢的极低硫可在0.0010%以下。

Abstract:The characteristics of the submerged arc refining technology of LF practice and their effects on metallurgical process were discussed in the present paper.The results of 150t LF industrial scale experiments showed that the submerged arc operation can be achieved during whole LF process by combination of adding CaO SiO 2 Al 2O 3 CaF 2 based slag in the tapping process and the foaming agent containing some carbonate & carbide to the ladle.And so,the average desulphurization efficiency reached 26.4% from EAF tapping to LF and 61.1% in LF process respectively.The lowest sulfur content in steel product can reach 0.0010% under after VD treatment.
